Background
CXCL12 belongs to the CXC chemokine family, and is expressed in two isoforms, SDF-1α and SDF-1β, binds to CXCR4 and CXCR7. CXCL12/CXCR4 signal is implicated in tumor proliferation, survival, vascularization, metastasis, and immunosuppression[1].
